If you need to contact a specific program (e.g. Beach-nesting Birds), please navigate to the BirdLife Australia website and fill in the contact form for the relevant team.
If you need to submit a data request, please fill in the form on this page and email it through to our team.
If you are having difficulty logging in, please reset your password by clicking the ‘Forgot your password?’ prompt on the Birdata login page. This will send an email to reset your password if you’ve entered the correct email address – make sure to check your Spam/Junk folders!
If you have successfully reset your password and still cannot access Birdata, clear your saved password history for Birdata / BirdLife Australia in your web browser or phone – the way to do this will depend on your specific device and web browser (e.g. Google Chrome).
We are working away at a long list of changes to our interface and systems under the hood, but we are a very small team with a very big to-do list! Thank you for your patience and understanding in the meantime.
